I normally go to the American Fork location since it’s closer, but I wanted to see how another location was. I was very happy with this one! It was so much more spacious, organized, and visually appealing. I brought a bag of clothes and they took 5 items for $12. I tried taking those same items to the AF location and they didn’t take them. They were nice and it was super quick, even though there were a few people in front of me.

I actually found this store (location) by mistake as I took my kids clothes here to sell and realized I was in the wrong store (Kid to Kid store is next door) when I saw bralettes haha!! No worries - I embarrassingly gathered up my kids' clothes and took them next door, sold them, and came back to Uptown to shop! Found a couple of great looking jeans for the hubs and found him a brand name jacket that looks MONEY on him. What really BLEW my mind was I found a brand name jacket that looks like it was MADE FOR ME. And another maroon jacket that fit the bill as well. Not to mention a pair of RETRO/80s kicks that nostalgically takes me back to nine years of age. This is presently the hidden gem location that is UNTOUCHED right now. And yes, posting this review is going to affect that =)

I asked for this girls name her name is Kailani. Kailani was amazing. She had an amazing smile all the time. It was very busy and it seems like she was the one working the hardest. All the other employees were sitting and talking and it seemed like she was working hard.

Nice selection of clothing for decent prices. Staff is very friendly and they didn't mind people still shopping after store hours.

The manager and cashier that helped us today were wonderful. They opened a cologne to let us try before purchasing and made my sons first experience there wonderful. I absolute love the Orem location.

This store has really great people working there. They were fast with my items I brought in to give me an offer and the store has some very nice clothes and accessories. I will go again for sure. Review: Uptown Orem location.

They took my professional style clothing that other casual places wouldn’t buy. Some still had tags on them so I was very happy it worked out. I love the donation option as well, it saves me a trip to DI or Savers.

Just discovered this shop and had a great first impression! The staff seem so fun and were very helpful. The store is clean and well organized/categorized, the selection is expansive and I was able to find the perfect dress for a wedding I’m attending soon. I also came across some vintage finds that I couldn’t leave without and I was overall very happy with the prices, quality and condition of the items I was seeing. Amazing thrifting experience.
